Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a hotel who ceases to carry on the keeping of a hotel shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
