Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the captive generating plant owner shall apply to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
