Periodical return.—Every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall furnish to the Sports Tribunal, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form G of every register of athletes received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for forty-five days from the date on which it is furnished.
