Clause 2, Telangana Gaming (Recognition Control) Order, 2026 [S6F-SVJ]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974 (Telangana Act 2 of 1974); (b) "adventure sports operator" means a person carrying on the conduct of adventure sports; (c) "code of conduct" means a code of conduct received, held or disposed of by a adventure sports operator in the course of the conduct of adventure sports; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
