Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance marketing firm who ceases to carry on the marketing of insurance products shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-8 of the manner in which every cover note held by him has been disposed of.
