Application for registration.—Every insurance marketing firm carrying on the marketing of insurance products shall make an application for registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-5, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of insurance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
