Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a public assembly shall apply to the Commissioner of Police in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Police shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
