Surrender of certificate.—Every copying agent who ceases to carry on the supply of certified copies shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
