Application for registration.—Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every tenancy agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
