Application for registration.—Every operator of a private network carrying on the operation of a captive telecommunication network shall make an application for registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form G, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every tower held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
