Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a private network shall apply to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
