Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of an open school dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Board of Secondary Education in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every mark sheet then held; and the Board of Secondary Education shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
