Periodical return.—Every registrar of births and deaths carrying on the registration of births and deaths shall furnish to the District Registrar, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form VII of every succession certificate received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for ninety days from the date on which it is furnished.
