Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir who ceases to carry on fishing in a reservoir shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Irrigation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every water meter held by him has been disposed of.
