Conditions of registration.—Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir shall carry on fishing in a reservoir only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every source of water in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such source of water for inspection on request by the Assistant Engineer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
