Application for registration.—Every operator of a rice mill in a village carrying on the running of a rice mill in a village shall make an application for registration to the Block Development Officer in Form 7, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of buildings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
