Surrender of certificate.—Every annuity service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of annuities shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Trustees in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every scheme held by him has been disposed of.
