Surrender of certificate.—Every nidhi company who ceases to carry on the business of a nidhi shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Banking Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every deposit held by him has been disposed of.
