Intimation of change.—Every nidhi company shall intimate to the Banking Ombudsman, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Banking Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
