Surrender of certificate.—Every landholder who ceases to carry on the cultivation of land shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every possession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
