Surrender of certificate.—Every insolvency professional who ceases to carry on the conduct of insolvency resolution shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Official Liquidator in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ADT-1 of the manner in which every resolution held by him has been disposed of.
