Authorised agent.—Any insolvency professional may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Official Liquidator in Form MGT-7 the name and address of the agent within one hundred and twenty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
