Intimation of change.—Every insolvency professional shall intimate to the Official Liquidator, in Form ADT-1 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Official Liquidator shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
