Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these bye-laws shall be served on the insolvency professional to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form DIR-12, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Official Liquidator shall record the manner and the date of service within forty-five days of the service.
