Periodical returns.—Every holder of an advance authorisation shall furnish to the Reserve Bank, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form ANF-5A of the import of inputs under an advance authorisation carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
