Application for registration.—Every holder of an advance authorisation carrying on the import of inputs under an advance authorisation shall make an application for registration to the Reserve Bank in Form SEZ-1, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every bond held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
