Intimation of change.—Every operator of a helicopter shall intimate to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority, in Form CA-2 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
