Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall apply to the District Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the District Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one day of the application.
