Surrender of certificate.—Every co-operative housing society who ceases to carry on the management of a co-operative housing society shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Adjudicating Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every rent receipt held by him has been disposed of.
