Application for registration.—Every co-operative housing society carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society shall make an application for registration to the Adjudicating Officer in Form B, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every brochure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
