Application for registration.—Every recipient of foreign contribution carrying on the receipt of foreign contribution shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form ANF-4A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every shipping bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
