Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any recipient of foreign contribution dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Haryana in Form ANF-3A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every authorisation then held; and the Government of Haryana shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
