Intimation of change.—Every recipient of foreign contribution shall intimate to the Government of Haryana, in Form SEZ-1 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Haryana shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
