Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trust shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form 10 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
