Clause 2, Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety (Register of shelters Control) Order, 2025 [S6E-0SN]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005 (Uttar Pradesh Act 9 of 2005); (b) "owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods" means a person carrying on the storage of inflammable goods; (c) "stock" means a stock received, held or disposed of by a owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods in the course of the storage of inflammable goods; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
