Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mutawalli shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
