Surrender of certificate.—Every mutawalli who ceases to carry on the management of a waqf shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every inventory of the estate held by him has been disposed of.
