Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on a regulated activity shall intimate to the Screening Committee, in Form G and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Screening Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
