Surrender of certificate.—Every displaced person who ceases to carry on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every notice of acquisition held by him has been disposed of.
