Application for registration.—Every owner of a container freight station carrying on the operation of a container freight station shall make an application for registration to the Principal Commissioner in Form GSTR-1, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every invoice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
