Surrender of certificate.—Every registered match official who ceases to carry on the officiating at competitions shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every result held by him has been disposed of.
