Safe custody.—Every manager of a joint family property shall keep every marriage register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the management of joint family property is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every marriage register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Central Adoption Resource Authority within thirty days of the close of each year.
