Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor engaged in a mine dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Mines and Geology in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of leases then held; and the Director of Mines and Geology shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
