Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the export oriented unit shall apply to the Authorised Officer in Form SEZ-2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Authorised Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
