Intimation of change.—Every developer shall intimate to the Export Inspection Council, in Form SEZ-1 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Export Inspection Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
