Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance repository who ceases to carry on the holding of policies in electronic form shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Bihar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-3 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
