Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of biological resources who ceases to carry on the collection of biological resources shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every plastic packaging held by him has been disposed of.
