Intimation of change.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform shall intimate to the Press Council, in Form V and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
