Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of news on a digital platform shall apply to the Press Council in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Press Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
