Application for registration.—Every cabin crew member carrying on service as cabin crew shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form CA-3, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every navigation aid held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
